First of all, you must know that flowers can be either annual or perennial. Annual flowers grow and bloom only in one season, with the seeds starting to take root in spring. When the season ends, annual flowers die, and you will have to plant again the following year. What’s great about these flowers is that they make your garden instantly vibrant. Annuals come in a variety of brilliant colors and sizes. They are also among the easiest to plant and grow. Annual flowers, too, are versatile in the sense that they can be used in many different ways and for many different reasons — cuttings, mass plantings, edging designs, hanging baskets, and so on. Best of all, annuals are not expensive.

Among the most attractive annuals that are also the easiest to grow are Begonia, Tricolor Chrysanthemum, Dahlia, Geranium, Impatiens, Marigold, and Zinnia.

Begonia flowers come in white, pink, red, rose, and scarlet colors, and they grow between 6 and 12 inches tall.

Tricolor Chrysanthemums are different from the perennial chrysanthemum variety which is popularly called “garden mum”. They grow between 2 and 3 feet tall and their flowers can be white, yellow, gold, maroon, or red with contrasting color bands somewhere near the petal’s base.

Dahlias appear in just about every color in the color wheel, with the exception of green and blue. Dahlias grow between 1 feet and 6 feet tall.

Geranium flowers are white, pink, red, salmon, scarlet, and some appear as orange-red. They reach up to two feet tall.

Impatiens may grow to about 1 and a half feet tall. They may be white, scarlet, pink, rose, violet, orange or salmon in color.

Marigolds may be as short as 6 inches or as high as four feet. Most of them are brilliant yellow, gold, or orange in color, but some of them are white, almost red, or mahogany.

Zinnias are between 6 and 36 inches. They come in almost any color but blue.

There is also a flower guide that is appropriate for perennial flowers. Perennials, to begin with grow and bloom longer than one season, and they tend to return every year. One great thing about perennials is that after blooming, their foliage still makes a beautiful design in your garden.

Among the most beautiful perennials out there are Butterfly Weed, Chrystanthemum or Garden Mum, Daylily, Felicia, Hosta, Peony, and Shasta Daisy.

Butterfly Weeds typically appear in bright orange color with little pods covering the entire plant as soon as they stop to flower. They grow between 1 ½ to 3 feet tall and bloom all summer.

Chrysanthemums or Garden Mums, which bloom in the fall, grow between 1 and 4 feet tall. They come in different colors, except blue.

If you have a lot of flowers you can try 8-10 flowers together at the end of the stems with the rubber band. And then hang them upside down in the place that has light. The flowers should be dry in 10 days.

By this way you can keep flowers for a long time and your sweet memory it’s always be with you. When ever you look at your full of memory dry flower it’s like you return to your sweet moment and happiness is around  again.
